HOW DO I REDEEM MY FANSFIRST RECOGNITION CARD?
If you aren’t signed into an event:
  • Click the “Recognize Me” button on the Event Login Page if you simply want to redeem your code without creating or signing into your account.
  • Click “Sign In” to create or sign into your account. (Recommended)

If you are signed into an event:
  • Click “Home” in the nav along the top of the webpage.
  • You’ll see a section that says, “Redeem Your Recognition Code Here,” with an image of a sample recognition card and a form field.
  • Enter the number printed on your card, into the form field
  • Click “Submit.

You’ll be brought to a Recognition page, where you’ll enter some basic information in regards to your recognition. You can choose whether you’d like to submit a story (and optional photo), or a video. Once you’ve filled out all the necessary information, click “Submit.

Congratulations, you’re all set! You’ll receive a certificate in your email.
I TRIED SIGNING IN, BUT I’M SEEING THE ERROR MESSAGE “WE COULDN’T FIND YOUR ACCOUNT.”
If you see a red error message that says, “We couldn't find your account” on the Sign In page:
  • Double check your email address. Be sure to use the email address that you used when registering to take part in the event. Your email must match the information we have on file.
  • If you still can’t sign in, please contact us.
I TRIED SIGNING UP, BUT I’M SEEING THE ERROR MESSAGE “YOUR INFORMATION DID NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS.”
If you see a red error message on the Create Your Account page that says, “Your information did not match our records”:
  • Double check your email address. Be sure to use the email address that you used when registering to take part in the event. Your email must match the information we have on file.
  • If you’re still having trouble signing up, please contact us.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
No problem! On the event login page:
  • Click “Sign In”, then click “Forgot Password” (below the Password field)
  • Enter the email address you registered with
  • Click “Send Link

You’ll be emailed a link, directing you to a Reset Password page.

Note: If you can’t find your event login page, go to the FansFirst homepage and click the logo for the event you participated in. This will bring you to the login page for your event.
I’M A REGISTERED VOLUNTEER, AND NEED TO ACCESS THE SITE.
Go to the FansFirst homepage and click the logo for the event you volunteered at. This will bring you to the login page for your event.

Click “Sign In” to create or sign into your account.
I’M AN NFL STAFF MEMBER. HOW DO I SIGN IN?
Go to the FansFirst homepage and click the logo for the event you participated in. This will bring you to the login page for your event.

Click “Sign In”, then click “Single Sign On”. This will bring you to a secure page to sign in using your NFL credentials.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I WON A GRAND PRIZE?
Winners will be selected two weeks after the event and notified via email. Winner stories will be featured on the event home page of the site. All teammates registering a story will be automatically entered to win grand prizes.
