HOW DO I GET STARTED?
When you arrive at NFLFansFirst.com you must select the event that you are working on.  If you are following a QR code you will be sent directly to the event home page (e.g., Draft, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, etc.).  On the event home page, you will see a “SHARE YOUR STORY” section at the top of the page where you can enter your recognition story to earn points for the chance to win prizes.

You do not need to be signed into an account to enter your story – we will keep track of your points with your Recognition Code. On this page, you can also read other teammate recognition stories and more information about the FANSFIRST! Program.

Although it is not necessary to sign in to receive recognition points, doing so will allow you to earn extra points by interacting with other teammates recognition stories. You will have the option to like and comment on the stories that others share.
HOW DO I RECOGNIZE MY TEAMMATES?
When you arrive at NFLFansFirst.com you need to go to the NFL Draft 2022 event and "Log In" to Recognize Your Teammate.  

Using our newest feature to @Mention your teammate:
  • “SHARE YOUR STORY” about them by telling us how great they are
  • Type "@" along with your teammate's name it will start to auto filter
  • Select your teammate's name from the dropdown
  • Select the Vendor/Company they are working for
  • add a PIC or Video to showcase their recognition 
  • and Click "Post"
Your teammate will receive points for the recognition.
 
DO I GET EXTRA POINTS FOR ENGAGING WITH OTHER PEOPLE’S POSTS ONLINE?
Yes, your efforts to recognize fellow teammates for delivering FANSFIRST! service is an important part of our overall recognition efforts, so we would like to reward you for your participation.
WHAT ARE SOME THINGS THAT I CAN DO TO EARN POINTS?
Teammates will receive points in recognition of their efforts to deliver FANSFIRST! service moments at the 2022 NFL Draft. To learn more about the common purpose and quality standards that drive our efforts, visit NFLFansFirst.com. You can also read stories that recognize teammates who have gone above and beyond in their service.
WHAT REWARDS DO MY POINTS COUNT TOWARDS?
Two weeks after the 2022 NFL Draft, teammates will be notified of the rewards they have earned via email. Possible rewards include NFL Shop gift cards and discount codes.

All teammates registering a story will be automatically entered to win grand prizes.
DO I HAVE TO BE SIGNED IN TO KEEP TRACK OF MY POINTS?
No. Teammates can input their recognition cards to receive credit without signing in or creating an account, and we will keep track of the points you accumulate using your email. But, there are many more opportunities to earn points by creating an account and engaging with the website!
WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE AFTER THE 2022 NFL DRAFT, OR WILL THEY ROLL OVER TO THE NEXT ONE?
You will not lose the points you’ve acquired at the end of the NFL Draft. All points will stay in your account and can be combined across multiple events to redeem.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE POINTS I EARN FROM RECOGNITION CARDS AND THE POINTS AWARDED TO ME ONLINE?
All points you receive in recognition for your service will count the same towards rewards, regardless of where they came from or who gave them to you.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “YOU’RE A 2022 DRAFT PICK” AND “YOU’RE A 1ST ROUND DRAFT PICK” CARDS?
If you have received either of these cards, it means that you are being recognized for delivering FANSFIRST! service at the NFL Draft. While both are recognition of service you should be proud of, “You’re a 1st Round Draft Pick” cards reward teammates whose service goes above and beyond. There are a limited number of these cards to be distributed, and they are worth twice the value in points as “You’re a 2022 Draft Pick” cards.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY FANSFIRST! RECOGNITION CARD?
To redeem points from a recognition card, visit NFLFansFirst.com and go to the event website to fill out the "SHARE YOUR STORY" section at the top of the page.

If you do not have a FANSFIRST! account and do not wish to create one:
You do not need to sign into an account in order to redeem your points (we can track them with your recognition code) but you will have more opportunities to earn points if you create an account and interact with others’ posts.

If you have a FANSFIRST! account and would like to log in:
Going directly to the FANSFIRST! website will place you on the "Share Your Story" page. Click "Log In" via the navigation bar to create or sign into your account and to be able to tag teammates in your story.

If you are already logged into your FANSFIRST! account:
Click "Community" in the navigation bar along the top of the webpage. You’ll see a section that says, "Share your Story", and you can enter all of your information here, include an image to go with your story, and tag other teammates.

If you have a recognition code, you can enter that by clicking on the ticket icon and entering the number printed on your card, then click "Post".

Congratulations, you're all set! You’ll receive a recognition certificate via your email used when submitting your story. Make sure to check your spam and promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
IF I ALREADY RECEIVED A RECOGNITION CARD, AM I ALLOWED TO RECEIVE ANOTHER ONE FROM A DIFFERENT PROVIDER?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of recognition cards you receive at an event.
I TRIED SIGNING IN, BUT I’M SEEING THE ERROR MESSAGE "WE COULDN’T FIND YOUR ACCOUNT."
If you see a red error message that says, “We couldn't find your account” on the Sign In page:
  • Double check your email address. Be sure to use the email address that you used when registering to take part in the event. Your email must match the information we have on file.
  • If you still can’t sign in, please contact us.
I TRIED SIGNING UP, BUT I’M SEEING THE ERROR MESSAGE “YOUR INFORMATION DID NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS.”
If you see a red error message on the Create Your Account page that says, “Your information did not match our records”:
  • Double check your email address. Be sure to use the email address that you used when registering to take part in the event. Your email must match the information we have on file.

I’M A REGISTERED VOLUNTEER AND NEED TO ACCESS THE SITE.
Click on the navigation bar item “Log In”.
Here you can “Sign Up” to create your account or “Log In” if you already have an account.
I’M AN NFL STAFF MEMBER. HOW DO I SIGN IN?
Click on the navigation bar item “Log In”.
Click "NFL Single Sign On". This will bring you to a secure page to sign in using your NFL credentials.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
No problem! On the event page click “Log In”:
  • Click "Forgot Password" (below the Password field in the Welcome Back area)
  • Enter the email address you registered with
  • Click "Send Link"
You'll be emailed a link, directing you to a Reset Password page. Note: If you can't find your event login page, go to the FANSFIRST! homepage and click the logo for the event you participated in. This will bring you to the Share Your Story page for your event. Click on the nav item “Log In”.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I WON A GRAND PRIZE?
Prizes are specific to each event. Create an account for each event you participated in.

To create an account:
  • Click on the navigation bar item “Log In”. Once there, you can “Sign Up” to create your account or “Log In” if you already have an account.
Winners will be selected two weeks after the event and notified via email. Winner stories will be featured on the event home page of the site. All teammates registering a story will be automatically entered to win grand prizes.
